I hold an MS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Do I need to already own Essentials or Mastery? Yes. Coaching is designed to support you in applying the tools from Essentials or Mastery to a real project — it isn't a standalone training program. How does scheduling work? After enrolling, you'll receive an email to schedule your first session directly. Sessions are then held bi-weekly, 45 minutes each, over 12 weeks. How is this different from the weekly office hours included in Essentials and Mastery? Office hours are shared, group sessions open to all students, and focused on training concepts. Coaching is dedicated 1-on-1 (or 1-to-2, same project) time focused specifically on your project. What if 6 sessions isn't enough? Additional sessions are available at $117 each, up to 4 extra.
