Do I need to complete Essentials first? Yes. Mastery builds on the practical tools from Essentials with the statistical depth needed for certification — it isn't a standalone starting point. How do the live sessions work? You'll have a fixed weekly 1-hour session. Depending on how many students are at the same point at the same time, this may be one-on-one or a small group — either way, the pace and content stay the same, and you're always moving toward full Green Belt readiness. Will I actually be ready for the certification exam? Yes — Mastery covers everything on the Six Sigma Council's Green Belt and Black Belt exam content. Note that OEA doesn't administer the exam itself; that's handled directly through the Six Sigma Council, and you'll receive a 20% discount on the GB exam fee. What if the recorded content for a topic isn't ready yet when I get there? Live weekly sessions cover you in the meantime — you'll never be stuck waiting. Recorded content is being added progressively and will eventually replace the live-only format for early topics.
